I have just come back from Hawaii, Oahu. No, I didn't see Obama or did I see his house... I still suffer fro some anxiety attacks whenever I think of my parnets who are still in Hawaii. Frankly, sometimes I worry about their safety. I just wrote this to express some emotions...

Hey dude, thanks for that favourites! It's sad to hear about your poor health... I suffer from severe panic attacks as well, though they are getting more manageable with a combination of medication and CBT (google it!) - the main thing to do is see a psychologist/psychiatrist and get some help. And doing some art everyday helps too.

Good luck mate, and hope you find a way through your problems - I know you will :)

Hey, Thanks!

I use my scanner and anything small enough goes through that.

Then for anything bigger I use a digital camera.

Deviant art is pretty easy to use too.
